Congratulations to our Austin team on having a successful CRY Walk on September 10 at the Brushy Creek Lake Park. The event had over 15 participants and we raised over $1500 for our children. A special thanks to our wonderful Austin volunteers for all their efforts in making this event a success.

CRY Seattle Walk on September 18 was a fun-filled event with children of all ages coming together with their families on a wonderful, bright and sunny Saturday morning to support a meaningful cause. Many supporters participated in the walk, 5k run and fun activities like corn toss, frisbee and hula hooping.

Thank you to our dedicated volunteers, supporters & sponsors for helping us raise over $4,000 towards happier childhoods.

CRY Baxter Walk was organized by their Asian Leadership Group in Deerfield, at the corporate headquarters of Baxter International IL on September 21 & at their offices in St. Paul, Minnesota on Sept 20. CRY America Fundraising Director Patrick Bocco visited the corporate headquarters of Baxter in Chicago to encourage employees to participate in the Walk. Over 60 employees participated in the event & raised over $1,400 to benefit children and help them achieve their dreams.

The Tennessee team organized their 1st CRY Walk on October 2 at the Charlie Daniels Park led by our enthusiastic volunteers. The event had over 120 participants & raised $1,900 to ensure children have a happy and healthy childhood. It was fun to see children, parents & grandparents participating in games like mehndi art, dance, face painting, toss ringing, relay race & many more. The event had an interactive session on fitness & the participants also enjoyed hot tea & yummy snacks.

Our Volunteer Kirti Golcha says “It was so nice to see kids laughing & cheering & knowing that our efforts will ensure laughter for children in underprivileged communities”

There were 40 participants in the New Jersey walk that raised over $5000. After refreshments, all participants danced to the tunes of Sanskriti Dance School’s top instructors. It was a warm and friendly experience for everyone.
