Sanjeev Sehgal is a global finance executive with 2 decades of leadership experience at leading global companies. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, IIM & the University of Delhi. Sanjeev is Vice President, FP&A at Caliber Collision. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Sanjeev is passionate about fostering the next generation of leaders through education & mentorship. He is committed to initiatives that provide young people with the skills & resilience needed to succeed in an increasingly complex world.
MR Rangaswami is Founder & Chairman of the Board of Indiaspora. He is an entrepreneur, investor, corporate eco-strategy expert, community builder & philanthropist, who participated in the rapid expansion of the Silicon Valley software industry. He co-founded Sand Hill Group, one of the earliest “angel” investment firms & was named in the Forbes “Midas” list of investors. In 2012, he founded Indiaspora, a nonprofit community of powerful global Indian leaders from diverse professions who are committed to inspiring the diaspora by providing a platform to collaborate & catalyze social change.
He is the recipient of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) “Influential Leaders” award in 2015 & the US-China Educational Trust (USCET) inaugural “Asians in America” award in 2016. In 2020, he was the recipient of the “Global Service Award” from the Canada-India Business Council.
Nakul Duggal serves as Group General Manager of Automotive, Industrial & Cloud, Qualcomm Technologies. Duggal is responsible for leading the Automotive, Industrial & Embedded IOT, & Cloud Computing Business Units globally. Over his career, he has held several engineering & management positions in the development & commercialization of Qualcomm’s wireless & application processor technologies, products & industry initiatives. Duggal holds a BS in Electronics & Communications Engineering degree from M.S. University, India & an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.
Subrat Tripathy serves as the Chief Segment Officer of Process (Sustainability) at L&T Technology Services (LTTS). With over 30 years of extensive experience across various roles & industry segments, Subrat brings invaluable business leadership, market insight, and strategic vision to LTTS. In his current position, he spearheads business development efforts in key client markets, driving the growth and expansion initiatives for Plant Engineering. Subrat’s experience includes managing business units, leading strategic initiatives, business development, relationship management and execution. His insightful experience has helped create business value spanning across three decades in the Engineering and Information Technology outsourcing space. He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is certified in Business Leadership from Ross School of Business, Michigan University and INSEAD. Subrat is currently located in New Jersey, USA.
Sourav Ganguly is a former Indian cricketer and captain of the Indian national team. Currently, he is appointed as the honourable President of the CAB and President of the Editorial Board with Wisden India. He is regarded as one of India’s most successful captains in modern times, and one of the greatest ODI batsmen of all time. In the 1999 Cricket World Cup, he was involved in a partnership of 318 runs with Rahul Dravid, which remains the highest overall partnership score in the World Cup tournament history He also presently holds the post of being a member of the Indian Premier League governing council.

From facing pressure to marry early, Asha defied expectations by staying in school with support from CRY America’s KMAGVS project. Her determination paid off when she became the first female police officer in her village, proving that with perseverance, dreams can become reality.)
Overcoming malnutrition with timely intervention
Aditya, born prematurely at 7 months weighing only 1.2 kilograms, faced challenges due to his father’s daily wage labor and his mother caring for three daughters. CRY’s Project Vikas Samvad Samiti intervened with comprehensive measures including nutrition support, IYCF practices, hygiene, therapy, kitchen gardening, vaccinations, home visits, and counseling. Today, at 21 months, Aditya is thriving with a healthy weight of 9.8 kilograms.)
Defying tradition and inspiring change through education
Chandni defied family tradition of commercial sex work by pursuing education with CRY America’s support. Despite initial objections, she enrolled in a residential hostel, completed her BTech, and is now preparing for UPSC exams. Chandni’s journey inspires her community, where she helps children return to education for brighter futures.)
